It was a kids movie, about a boy moving into a new huge house, and
there being a little girl haunting the place,(Could be vice versa) her
ghost family may or may not be in it, she may or may not be a princess
(Possibly just very rich) The boys parents were throwing some sort of
party and the guests basically get run out of the place. Ghost girls
family or whatever really didn't want humans there and something about
a painting with moving eyes possibly.
