Was the movie Suburban Madness made into a book by Nora Roberts?

I watched the movie "Suburban Madness" based on the true story of the
woman who ran over her cheating orthodontist husband several times
with her van and killed him. I was under the impression it was either
made into a book by Nora Roberts or the movie was based on a book by
her. I can't find any info on the anywhere on the internet. Does
anyone know if this is true and if so, what is the title of the book.
I'd love to read it. Thanks
