What's the name of the track?

I need help with identifying this track: It's circa 93 or 94. The
genre's Brit Pop and its featured a lot during football programmes -
mainly the tune of ITV Central Sports Special on a Saturday, early
evening. It's guitary, and it's on the lines of Stone Roses - Fools
Gold, and lightening seeds - Life of Riley.

The ending part of the track is definitely a guitar instrument used
and the track is largely instrumental.
